SHOOTERS

SHOOTERS: place step-stool /w red twirlie, stand on top, using training stick, knees bent, flip puck in air, catch puck, quick flip forward SHOT.

10 SHOTS, 1 point,
HANDS TOGETHER = 2 points,
ONE LEG + HANDS TOGETHER = 3 points,
STEP between each shot = 4 points,
45 DEGREE hip rotation = 5 points.

PASSIES

PASSIES: Walk to closest school with street stick + TRAINING BALL, dribble ball on the way. Stand 4 stick lengths frm wall, wrist sht to wall, stop ball on way back. Repeat.

10 PASSIES = 1 point,
One timer the ball between passes = 2 points.

TWIRLIES

TWIRLIES: place step-stool /w red twirlie, stand on top, using training stick, knees bent, flip puck in air. Repeat.

100 ROTATIONS = 1 point,
HANDS TOGETHER = 2 points,
ONE LEG + HANDS TOGETHER = 3 points,
STEP between each rotation = 4 points,
45 DEGREE hip rotation = 5 points.

BUNTSIES

BUNTSIES: place step-stool /w red twirlie, stand on top, , using training stick, knees bent, flip puck in air, bunt it like a baseball. Repeat.

10 BUNTSIES = 1 point,
HANDS TOGETHER = 2 points,
ONE LEG + HANDS TOGETHER = 3 points,
STEP between each rotation = 4 points.

BENDIES

BENDIES: place step-stool /w red twirlie, stand on top, bend knees, using training stick, twirl puck one rotation, bending knees on every rotation. Catch the puck on heal of stick. Repeat.

10 BENDIES = 1 point,
HANDS TOGETHER = 2 points,
ONE LEG + HANDS TOGETHER = 3 points,
STEP between each rotation = 4 points,
SEE THE ICE (watch the video during activity) = 5 points.

Hi, my name is Coach Chuck, I've been a longtime soccer player/coach who has a son in Recreational A, Atom hockey.

Here are my coaching strategies. Run this system once a week, see how it goes. Made my boy much better player.

It costs like $50 bucks, have fun.

I suggest each player get about 40-50 practice points, twice a week. 3-4 times a week if you want to make competitive. The harder you work, the more you will achieve.
