BENDIES: place step-stool /w red twirlie, stand on top, bend knees, using training stick, twirl puck one rotation, bending knees on every rotation. Catch the puck on heal of stick. Repeat.

ONE LEG + HANDS TOGETHER = 3 points,
STEP between each rotation = 4 points,
